Campaign: Best in KLAS 2025

Context:

TREND Health Partners was awarded Best in KLAS in the Post-Payment Accuracy and Integrity Solutions category for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025). This recognition is considered one a high honor in healthcare IT, as it’s based directly on client feedback.

Challenge:
The challenge here was twofold: 

1. KLAS gives out Best in KLAS awards every year to several different companies. It's not winning the award itself that is impactful. The impact comes from tying it to TREND's value proposition and client feedback. 

2. Reframing what the award signals for finance leaders and the future of healthtech. 

Strategy:
I developed a content campaign that amplified the win across multiple channels, aligning messaging with TREND’s brand voice of confidence, and collaboration. My goal was to frame this as thought leadership and credibility - not promotion. 

Execution:

  • Website & Blog: Wrote an announcement post that contextualized the award, emphasizing client-driven recognition and TREND’s differentiators.

  • LinkedIn Campaign: Designed a series of LinkedIn graphics and posts highlighting the award, including thought-leadership tie-ins.

  • Email Marketing: Crafted a client and prospect-facing email celebrating the award, with a focus on gratitude and client partnership.

  • Sales Enablement: Created a one-page award flyer for sales reps to use in conversations with prospects, reinforcing credibility during the buying process and made sure the Best in KLAS logo was added to previous, relevant one-sheets.

  • Event Integration: Incorporated the award recognition into booth messaging and slide decks at industry conferences, building awareness with decision-makers in person.

Results:

  • Increased LinkedIn engagement during the campaign period.

  • Strengthened trust with prospects. Sales team reported the award helped validate TREND’s credibility in competitive conversations.

  • Drove traffic to TREND’s website, with the announcement blog post ranking among the top 3 most-viewed posts of the quarter.

  • Positioned TREND as a consistent, client-endorsed leader in healthcare finance technology.
